Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for our Charlotte, NC, Fall 2025 event! We’re curating a sacred, intentional marketplace for this year’s fair. Each space is intentionally limited to ensure maximum visibility, deep energetic alignment, and a powerful experience for both vendors and attendees.

At this time, applications are closed. However, our waitlist is open. Vendors on the waitlist may be chosen to participate if additional slots open, if current vendors are unable to return, or if adjustments are made to the floor plan.
