The Melanated Wholistic Wellness Fair Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in vending at the 3rd Annual Spring Edition of The Melanated Wholistic Wellness Fair. This experience is designed to celebrate our culture, uplift wellness-based businesses, and create meaningful connections between our community and the products, foods, and traditions that support our healing.

We are curating a Vendor Village that reflects wholistic wellness, cultural celebration, and collective care. If your work aligns with these values, we’d love to learn more about you.

Event Location: Johnson C. Smith University – New Science Center, Charlotte, NC

Date: Saturday, June 13, 2026

Time: 10AM–6PM

We will be selecting 25 vendors ONLY for this fair to ensure a high-quality, intentional experience for both our community and our participating brands. Please complete the application below so we can learn about your offerings and ensure this space is the right fit for us both. Applications close on February 1st.

Each business category has a limited number of spaces. If selected, you will be sent an email invoice to make your payment. This year, fees range from $100 to $175. Payments must be made online once you've been approved.*
